🕒 When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.
📍 Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! We currently ship only within the United States, but we’re working on expanding to more countries soon.
📦 How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use it to check the status of your delivery at any time.
❌ Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel or make changes, contact us immediately at info@bensonsupplyco.com. Once the order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
🔁 What’s your return policy?
We accept returns of unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Reach out to info@bensonsupplyco.com to start a return.
🛠️ What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please email us at info@bensonsupplyco.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
